Steb-by-step Guide
Step 1: Access Accor Vacation Club Travel
- Log in to your Accor Vacation Club account.
- Select Accor Vacation Club Travel from your membership benefits or homepage.
Step 2: Select "Convert Points"
Once you are on the Accor Vacation Club Travel homepage, locate and click Convert Points in the center of the page.
Step 3: Choose the Number of Points to Convert
You will be taken to a page showing your available Premiere Points balance.
- Review your available points.
- Enter the number of points you would like to convert.
Step 4: Review and Accept the Terms & Conditions
Before submitting your request, you'll need to acknowledge the following:
- Discovery Dollars cannot be converted back to Premiere Points once the conversion has been submitted.
- Discovery Dollars are valid for 12 months from the date they are transferred to your account.
Step 5: Submit Your Conversion
Click Submit to complete your request.
What Happens Next?
Your Discovery Dollar balance will usually be updated within 2 to 3 minutes. Once available, you can use your Discovery Dollars towards eligible travel products and bookings on Accor Vacation Club Travel.
Helpful Tip
Before converting, consider how you'll use your Discovery Dollars. Since conversions cannot be reversed, it's best to convert only the amount you plan to use within the next 12 months.
