If you’ve forgotten your Accor Vacation Club password, you can reset it online in just a few steps. Simply select Forgot Password on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your registered email address.
Step-by-Step Guide to Reset Your Password
Step 1: Go to the Login Page
- Visit the Accor Vacation Club Member Login page
- Select Forgot Password
Step 2: Enter Your Registered Email Address
- Enter the email address linked to your Accor Vacation Club membership
- Select Send
Make sure this is the same email address used for your membership.
Step 3: Check Your Email
- You’ll receive an email with a password reset link
- Follow the link and create a new password
If you don’t see the email:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Allow a few minutes for delivery
Step 4: Log In with Your New Password
- Return to the login page
- Sign in using your email address and new password
You’ll now have full access to your Accor Vacation Club account and member benefits.

- The email address entered is not linked to a membership
- There is a temporary system delay
